Return Policy

The right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from the contract within a period of 14 days without giving reasons.

Withdrawal period

The withdrawal period shall expire 14 days from the day on which you or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires physical possession of the goods. 

Notice of withdrawal

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Bison Club B.V.) of your decision to withdraw from the agreement by an unequivocal statement (e- mail). For this purpose, you can use the model withdrawal form (below), or make a statement clearly expressing your desire to exercise your right of withdrawal.

Compliance with the withdrawal period

To meet the withdrawal period, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments made by you up to that time, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of any supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the standard delivery offered by us) without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw. We will reimburse you using the same means of payment with which you made the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not be charged for such reimbursement.

Right of retention

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back, or you have proved that you have returned the goods, whichever comes first.

Return of the goods

You must return the goods to us without undue delay, but in any event no later than 14 days after the day on which you have communicated your decision to withdraw from the agreement to us 
(Bison Club B.V., Rozenboomnlaan 1, 2271 VP, Voorburg). You are in time if you return the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.

Return costs

You shall bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

Compensation for loss of value

You shall only be liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the use of the goods beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
